Abstract

There is the analysis of hospitality sector development in the context of a perspective formation of positive image for the territory that is carried out by nonresidents. Trends of the hotel industry development in Primorsky region are analysed here. In particular, appeal of the city as tourist center and also attention is paid to development of hotel economy infrastructure. The purpose of work consists in definition of hospitality development trends and definition of influenced factors for the integrated product of the hotel industry on formation of positive image of Primorsky region. A methodical basis of work is statistical also the content analysis. In work methods of the system analysis, classification and expert assessment are used. The impact of hospitality development play it`s role for the image formation of Primorsky region is defined, the assessment of importance degree for consumer factors characteristics of the hotel services is carried out. It is established that orientation to needs of nonresidents has to be a resource basis of a system of formation of positive image of the region, by one of segments of which it is presented on the example of hotel services. The practical importance of work consists in formation of conceptual factors which can be a basis for development of methodical approach on formation of the strategy of development for positive image of the region.
